My plumbing emergency started when we walked into a flooded house after a 9-hour drive home on Sunday evening, October 26th. Amazing crew. Tyler was awesome and communicated clearly and often (as did the home office). They replaced two water heaters in the attic in about 3 hours. Work area was spotless after they left. Will do business with them again!
On August 27, 2025, Terry from Doug Turner Plumbing Co. came to my home to replace the sink/vanity, the toilet in my master bathroom, and a hose bib. I called Doug Turner Plumbing and was able to get same day service. Terry and Matt came to my house and provided thorough and quality service. I was quoted a price and agreed to have the work done (clean out and camera). They weren’t able to get the camera because they didn’t have the equipment on their truck. Mitch came by a little later in the afternoon and was able to get the camera and address issues he found. All three were courteous, thorough, and professional. I will use them again.
Doug Turner is the way to go for your plumbing needs. Had a gas leak that gas company had no idea how to deal with. It wasn’t easy to locate. Joey didn’t leave until we were all squared away, fixed up and safe. The whole team followed through from start to finish. Highly recommend!
