I had a great experience with John Malone! He came out to inspect my plumbing issue and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and honest he was. He made sure I understood the problem instead of just rushing through the visit. John was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. His willingness to educate me about my plumbing gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I highly recommend John Malone to anyone looking for a t... read more
This is a first-class company! My family has trusted Doug Turner Plumbing for nearly 20 years, and they have always been honest, dependable, and professional. Every plumber I've met is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I especially like that Doug Turner plumbing assigns one plumber to my address and that plumber is the one who comes in almost every instance. Terry knows my house and he knows me. Doug Turner Plumbing is also a family-run small business that supports other families. For example, Terry, our assigne... read more

John also helped us address a lot of other improvements we wanted to make to our house while he was on premises. We changed out all of our water supply valves to our toilets and sinks, replaced both toilets, and fixed other plumbing issues with p-traps design. He and his team were very efficient, thorough, and professional. We really enjoyed our experie... read more
