10/10 would recommend. Excellent service today from Terry & Matt. We had a pipe leaking above our stove and they came in and quickly diagnosed the problem (and other hidden problems), explained what needed to be done, and took care of business. I really appreciated how professional Terry was in communicating with me. Leaky pipes is a bad day, but Doug Turner helped us out quick.
Mitch and Matt were our plumbers and they were both very good and professional. We live in a very old home so they had a lot to do and it only took them one day to complete. Mitch was lead and he made me feel very comfortable with quote and answered any questions I had. We spent over 7,000$ but it was worth it and they had a lot of work to do in kitchen and the garage. Mitch is the best plumber I have ever worked with. Had a hot water issue that needed to be addressed. He came out, assessed the situation, ordered the parts needed, and got me up and running. The project couldn't be done same day, but Mitch kept the work area clean, and he kept me constantly informed of the progress. Mitch worked tirelessly to fix my issue. Great work ethic and great attitude all throughout. I really appreciate the fantastic job he did! I highly recommend the team at Doug Turner Plumbing.
