My plumbing emergency started when we walked into a flooded house after a 9-hour drive home on Sunday evening, October 26th. I called Doug Turner Plumbing and was able to get same day service. Terry and Matt came to my house and provided thorough and quality service. I was quoted a price and agreed to have the work done (clean out and camera). They weren’t able to get the camera because they didn’t have the equipment on their truck. Mitch came by a little later in the afternoon and was able to get the camera and address issues he found. All three were courteous, thorough, and professional. I will use them again.

On August 27, 2025, Terry from Doug Turner Plumbing Co. came to my home to replace the sink/vanity, the toilet in my master bathroom, and a hose bib. Thank you, Mitch & Matt, for your impeccable customer service, quick assessment and completion of work, and for the detailed explanation of all labor needing to be completed. These two gentleman were able to expertly and affordably complete a project that two other plumbing companies failed at. Mitch was a huge help today when he came by for an overall inspection of my home. As a new homeowner, he was patient with me and all of the questions I asked him about the home and the risks buying an older home came with. He was honest, thorough, and very prompt with all of his work. I am glad to have found him at Doug Turner Plumbing.
