On August 27, 2025, Terry from Doug Turner Plumbing Co. came to my home to replace the sink/vanity, the toilet in my master bathroom, and a hose bib. Mitch and Curtis were fantastic! I called about a possible leak at my water meter and they even waived the service fee. They kept me updated before my appointment, called 30 minutes ahead, and showed up right on time. Super professional, checked everything including my water heater, and even taught me about the service valves I didn’t know I had. They very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Great service all around—highly recommend!
Mitch was a huge help today when he came by for an overall inspection of my home. As a new homeowner, he was patient with me and all of the questions I asked him about the home and the risks buying an older home came with.
