We popped into Douglas Allen in Basildon as we currently have a competition for our charity event with all proceeds going to charity. The team in the office were amazing saying they would help us spread the word and even donated to our competition! Greg, Michelle, Lucy, Anthony, Rhys and Phebi were all amazing. We have dealt with a few estate agents over the years and Douglas Allen Basildon have been by far the worst. Communication was dire; apart from Luke Minors (who has now left) who did make some effort to let us know the outcome of some viewings; but it was us who had to telephone the office to find out what the outcome was. I spoke with Anthony Ayres about how to go about buying a property, and just genuine questions about the whole process of moving and buying a first time home, he was super helpful and honestly helped me out so much. He was professional and respectful and like I say helped me out and guided me so much, I can’t wait to eventually go to him when I’m ready to buy a property
