We had a really good experience with Douglas Allen basildon with viewings and overall communication even though we didn’t end up finding a suitable property with them they went above and beyond to try to help us to find what we were looking for but we ended up changing areas. Luke did one of our viewings he was very professional and helpful throughout thank you again and would recommend this estate agent to others.
Brilliant communication and really helpful/patient explaining the process, especially as a first time buyer. Luke in particular was brilliant during our viewings - really knowledgeable, happy to find out the answers to questions we had and generally made it a positive and exciting experience.
