Adam at the Epping Branch has been very helpful with my property search. He took me to see a few properties that suited my criteria and also got me advice for my mortgage. All staff will at Douglas Allen group at epping were great! First spoke to Ian who was so kind, friendly and very helpful. The staff at Douglas Allen have been absolutely amazing (especially Ian, Luke and Dan). They helped me through the entire process and because of them I have been able to purchase my dream home! After my father passed away his house needed to be sold due to owing equity release, the team were very helpful from the beginning very open and informative about everything. Ian White was helpful with all the paperwork, dealing with the solicitors, explaining everything and keeping me informed at all times ( given that paperwork is not my strongest point and never had to deal with solicitors before was a life saver).
