It was a pleasure dealing with Joanne. Joanne was very accommodating, informative and helpful with the process at hand and was always available to either meet in person or to discuss specifics over the phone and email. Would highly recommend Douglas Allen as a whole, if you are looking for a smooth transition with what are big decisions, I definitely felt at ease with their processes and everything was transparent !
We had a mixed experience with Douglas Allen. Krisztina initially at the Loughton office and more recently in Epping was amazing from start to finish; always friendly and helpful and even making time to do viewings and answer questions on her days off. However when the main company closed the Loughton office they did not inform us and I only found out when my calls were not returned.
I had a fantastic experience working with Jake Kemp at Douglas Allen. He was professional, extremely helpful, and completely trustworthy throughout the entire process. Jake made everything far less stressful and helped me stay on top of what I needed to do without ever being pushy. He really listened to our needs and supported us every step of the way.
