A great service at Douglas Allen, Hornchurch. We were shown a property by Will, who was very professional and able to answer any questions we had about the property. He gave us plenty of time to look around, never rushing us as we were looking with my mother-in-law. He called us the next day to see if we had any questions. We are now in the process of purchasing the property and have also been dealing with David who has also been great Would have no hesitation recommending Will and David at Douglas Allen 😊
I am still in the process completing the sale of my flat, but I must say the help and effort put into finding a buyer by Will was excellent. I appreciate all that was done to get this far. I have since completed my sale and as well as the sales team, the pre sales team of Chelsey and Natalie where excellent and ensured that I stayed on top of all that was going on.
