Excellent service from Douglas Allen. Citrida was fantastic during viewings and answering questions and David has been really helpful with the compliance side. It’s been a smooth process so far and the customer service has been fantastic. Arif provided great advice on mortgages and has been very clear about everything. All Staff have been super helpful and friendly.
David has been exceptional throughout the process. Even though my property did not proceed to sale, his professionalism, communication, and dedication were outstanding.
