A bit delayed, but I am relaxing on Sunday on a rainy season's day in the house that we have bought, and remembered the flat that was sold in 2023 by DA. The cherry tree will bloom soon and I hope the new owners appreciate it from the balcony as much as I did. Jake was guiding us through the process, mitigating and reassuring when needed. My experience has been very good so far with Douglas Allen. I did not give 5 stars as I am still to find my future home so have not gone through the whole process yet. I didn't end up buying a property with Douglas Allen (had a couple of offers in that didn't quite make it), but I did find them the best of all the estate agents I dealt with during my property search.
