Such a good real estate agency. The staff are very professional and informative. The whole team, including Rumel, helped us understand the entire process and made everything as easy as possible for us as first-time buyers. We would highly recommend this agency.
A bit delayed, but I am relaxing on Sunday on a rainy season's day in the house that we have bought, and remembered the flat that was sold in 2023 by DA. The cherry tree will bloom soon and I hope the new owners appreciate it from the balcony as much as I did. Jake was guiding us through the process, mitigating and reassuring when needed. No pressure transparent cooperation, well handled steps, and great engagement from other departments. Thank you.
We were shown round a property by Anzal and he balanced being completely professional while also friendly and warm. He answered our questions about the house and made us feel relaxed and at home while viewing the space. It was a pleasure meeting him!
My experience has been very good so far with Douglas Allen. I did not give 5 stars as I am still to find my future home so have not gone through the whole process yet. Gergana has been very friendly, helpful and great in following up on how my search is going and keeping me upto date of the properties on the market. She is a credit to Douglas Allen.
I didn't end up buying a property with Douglas Allen (had a couple of offers in that didn't quite make it), but I did find them the best of all the estate agents I dealt with during my property search. Gergana in particular was very proactive in trying to find me the right place, and was a pleasure to work with. If I was to sell, or search for another property, she'd be the person i'd contact first.
