Thank you to the Douglas Allen team, our recent purchase was spot on. Samuel great initially, handled all of our queries / offers efficiently - Sean was upfront and easy to deal with while negotiating, finally Tanya was brilliant during the run up to exchange and completion - wouldn’t of happened so quickly without her chasing both sides and keeping us informed. Overall a really good experience!
Good experience with Douglass Allen. We mainly dealt with Anita, who was very helpful during viewings and promptly followed up to our questions with great professionality. Updating this review after we close a sale with Douglass Allen. If I could give it more stars I would. We went through a fairly complicated sale, but Tania and the team worked with us throughout the process and were great help. Highly recomend this agency.
We had a great experience with Douglas Allen estate agents, especially with Samuel who has been extremely helpful and communicative throughout the buying process.
