I booked a house valuation with this agency for Saturday at 12:00 pm and arranged my schedule around the appointment. Such a good real estate agency. The staff are very professional and informative. The whole team, including Rumel, helped us understand the entire process and made everything as easy as possible for us as first-time buyers. We would highly recommend this agency.
My experience with Douglas Allen was extremely disappointing. My complaint relates to communication, transparency and the handling of my sale. I was not informed of important information regarding my buyer’s funding arrangements when I believe I should have been, and this resulted in significant stress, disruption and additional costs. After completing their complaints procedure, I have referred the matter to The Property Ombudsman for an independent review. I will update this review once that process has concluded.
