I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at Douglas Allen in Wickford and recognise their customer service. My husband and I are looking to move and we contacted Douglas Allen to start the process on booking viewings and gain any general tips / advice around the whole process. This is a massive step for us and very nerve-wracking, so the kindness and professionalism shown by the staff has been really welcome and we look forward to them helping us on this journey.
We used Morgan, the in house mortgage advisor who been very supportive and informative every step of the way. After he got us an AIP, he put us in contact with Alex who has been brilliant, keeping us informed on a weekly basis and helping in any way he can to help us find our first home. We have appreciated both of their help and can’t thank them enough!
I highly recommend Douglas Allen - Wickford branch. The team have been excellent throughout. I consulted Alex and Caroline with selling my flat and had an offer from the first viewing even before the property was listed. Both Alex and Caroline are professional, attentive and efficient. Overall superb team, outstanding service! I will definitely be using their services again!
Have been searching and now found a property with Douglas Allen in Wickford, I feel they've gone above and beyond helping with viewings and securing the property we wanted.
