Excellent experience buying my first house. Caroline was so helpful and friendly and always available every step of the process. She was also extremely considerate to my reasons for buying. Natasha was wonderful in chasing so I didn’t have to, and always updated me. Should I ever sell my lovely first home Douglas Allen will be my first stop
Buying a new house can be a very daunting experience but Caroline at Douglas Allen was just amazing when she showed us around a house recently. Not only was she knowledgeable about the property in question but she also zoned in on our wants and needs and made the extra effort to discuss this with our 2 daughters while showing them the bedrooms. Excellent experience buying our house with Demi and Natasha. Demi was fantastic in taking the time to understand our needs when viewing a property and nothing was too much trouble for her. Natasha was great at keeping us informed, always happy to answer the phone to talk us through where we were at and even helping us move our sale along which was through another estate agent. I would highly recommend Douglas Allen, we have viewed 5 properties through them now, 4 in wickford with Demi Jamieson and one in Laindon with Luke Minors, both are such lovely people they do their job so well, pointing out the main features of the property, the good points and pointing out any flaws and negatives the property has too.
