Excellent experience buying my first house. Caroline was so helpful and friendly and always available every step of the process. She was also extremely considerate to my reasons for buying. Natasha was wonderful in chasing so I didn’t have to, and always updated me. Should I ever sell my lovely first home Douglas Allen will be my first stop
Buying a new house can be a very daunting experience but Caroline at Douglas Allen was just amazing when she showed us around a house recently. Not only was she knowledgeable about the property in question but she also zoned in on our wants and needs and made the extra effort to discuss this with our 2 daughters while showing them the bedrooms. I called in and spoke to Bradley Hanness in Branch who is the sales manager there - what a pleasant experience, his knowledge was un-paralleled and whilst we decided to look into the option of staying where we are - I will without a doubt use Bradley and recommend him to everyone
Excellent experience buying our house with Demi and Natasha. Demi was fantastic in taking the time to understand our needs when viewing a property and nothing was too much trouble for her. Natasha was great at keeping us informed, always happy to answer the phone to talk us through where we were at and even helping us move our sale along which was through another estate agent. Amazing service from Demi and Natasha . Bought my house through Douglass Allen , they were professional, polite and kept me up to date right the way through the whole process . Returned calls and emails immediately. Never had a service like this from an estate agent. Highly recommend.
