Excellent experience buying my first house. Caroline was so helpful and friendly and always available every step of the process. She was also extremely considerate to my reasons for buying. Having bought our current home through Douglas Allen around 5 years ago, we were keen to get an up-to-date valuation following an extensive amount of refurbishment. We were not yet ready to look at moving though and so were a little apprehensive that we could be faced with a "hard sell". We needn't have worried. The appointment was arranged with ease and Alex was very informative and professional through-out. Would be happy to recommend.
Amazing service from Demi and Natasha . Bought my house through Douglass Allen , they were professional, polite and kept me up to date right the way through the whole process . Returned calls and emails immediately. Never had a service like this from an estate agent. Highly recommend.
Really great staff at Douglas Allen Wickford. Natasha was amazing and really helped to push things through when needed, and Alex was always on hand for sound advice and reassurance. I would highly recommend Douglas Allen, we have viewed 5 properties through them now, 4 in wickford with Demi Jamieson and one in Laindon with Luke Minors, both are such lovely people they do their job so well, pointing out the main features of the property, the good points and pointing out any flaws and negatives the property has too.
