⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly couldn’t recommend Douglas Allen highly enough. We bought our new home through them and the whole team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Brad was fantastic from the very beginning when he showed us around the property. He was so friendly, helpful and genuine, and continued to be there for us throughout the whole process. He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed anything, even long after the viewing and our offer had been accepted. Natasha looked after our case once our offer... read more
Despite not progressing with my house-buying through Douglas Allen, this had nothing to do with the 5* service I received from Jordan Counsell in the Wickford office. She was very helpful, cheery and supportive to me throughout the stages of the house-hunting process she assisted me with, especially as a first time buyer. I would definitely recommend Jordan to anyone. Thank you!

I also have to thank Natasha, who kept us fully updated as the sale progressed, sending emails on a weekly basis … also Caroline and indeed Alex that came in towards the end o... read more
