After our house sale was totally mismanaged by William Rose we decided to check out Douglas Allen - they had already sold 2 houses on our street very quickly so hoped they would be able to do the same for us. We mostly dealt with the lovely Dawn who was amazing, she went above and beyond talking up the house - she's brilliant at her job. Fantastic first‑time buyer experience! Spotted a “For Sale” sign and called. Rumel gave us a brilliant rundown over the phone before the property was even online. We had a very good experience of working with all the team at Douglas Allen for the sale of my mother’s house. They were very professional, kept us informed closely with the app and by email and phone call. They accompanied all potential buyers over a number of months and when we had a sale a dedicated team member worked very hard to push things along as quickly as possible. In the climate of house buying today, this was an excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
