Exceptional service We purchased a house through Douglas Allen and although solicitors and the legal process made it extremely stressful, the team at Douglas Allen were brilliant. It started with Ann-Marie making sure we visited ‘our house’ and finished with the indomitable Dawn going over and beyond to make sure we made the correct decision and was on-hand with any help or requests. We felt comfortable and reassured in their hands. Dawn is completely professional in her role backed up by the others in the office.
We chose Douglas Allen as our agent to sell our house and it was a very good experience. Peter and Thivi were excellent in giving us all the information we needed and most importantly selling our house quickly and for the full asking price. Natasha was also brilliant in helping us to completion.
