Every season working with Janice Taylor is a joy and she makes certain we have everything we need to enjoy our beautiful pool.

**NEW OWNERSHIP IS AMAZING**. I had my issues with this company in the past but now they have new ownership (Bernie) and everything is different. I can’t say enough positive things about this Douglas Aquatics and highly recommend it. They built my pool and They recently redid the tiles on my pool and have done an excellent job they gave me a very fair price and were great with communication and follow up. Since the Spring of 2024 we have employed Douglas Aquatics as our home pool maintenance supplier. This has involved pool opening, cleaning, chemical treatments and replacement of a failed pool pump. Supervised by Janice Taylor, this service has been well organized, reliable and dependable each week of the summer with reasonable costs. We have used Douglas Aquatics for almost 20 years and have always been so impressed with their response to our repair issues, their courtesy when at our home, and the professional work they do. The service department listens and follows through, working with our schedule to come out for service calls. The technicians know their stuff from pumps, to plumbing, to liner repair and replacement! We would recommend using them for all your pool needs.
