**NEW OWNERSHIP IS AMAZING**. I had my issues with this company in the past but now they have new ownership (Bernie) and everything is different. I can’t say enough positive things about this Douglas Aquatics and highly recommend it. They built my pool and They recently redid the tiles on my pool and have done an excellent job they gave me a very fair price and were great with communication and follow up. For over 20 years we have used Douglas Aquatics for maintaining our gunite pool. Over the years, we have relied on the experience and reliability of the service department to provide necessary upgrades to the pool and equipment. Every season working with Janice Taylor is a joy and she makes certain we have everything we need to enjoy our beautiful pool.

Since the Spring of 2024 we have employed Douglas Aquatics as our home pool maintenance supplier. This has involved pool opening, cleaning, chemical treatments and replacement of a failed pool pump. Supervised by Janice Taylor, this service has been well organized, reliable and dependable each week of the summer with reasonable costs. Their employees have been a pleasure to work with and no surprises. I can recommend Douglas Aquatics without reservations for all of your pool maintenance needs. J. Evans
