About this business

Downtown Portland Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides high-quality care for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with opioid addictions. Located in Portland, Oregon, our center offers medication-assisted treatment, also known as MAT, on an outpatient basis. While it’s common for a methadone clinic to offer one medication for patients, our CTC can provide methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone as part of someone’s individualized treatment plan. We combine the use of prescription medication with a counseling ... read more

After several months of dosing at downtown ctc I've found it to be in my best interest to leave and seek treatment at another clinic. I've been a patient at clinics in 5 different states and this clinic is by far the worst I've ever been too. Even if you're sober and doing your 4 groups a month, it might take upwards of 5 months for them to start giving you take homes. They will lie to you to keep you from seeking treatment elsewhere or transferring to their other locations. They will demote you for medications you're prescr... read more

If this clinic did not exist, I would either be judged by 12 or carried off by 12. I'm not even being overly dramatic, about this hypothetical conclusion. I was in a bad place when I found this place. Getting a crutch, to have some piece of mind, was key to quitting. Thank you Downtown CTC!

Terrible place. If you're thinking of quitting heroin and you think methadone is a better option. DO RESEARCH. don't sign up for something that is worse. Imagine wearing liquid handcuffs. This is hell for all "patients" Edit: Allied has apparently gotten rid of the Doctor who committed vehicular manslaughter and has moved on to a "more reputable Doctor" which has changed certain aspects of treatment here. Its hard to keep down the riffraff found at all clinics of this sort, but they could honestly do better with what they h... read more

I'm from Richmond,VA was able to Guest Dose last year. I was amazed at how differently this clinic runs compared to the Clinic here in RVA. I was treated with the upmost respect and found it a very quick and easy process. I was truly amazed when I pulled up 10 minutes before opening and was greeted immediately and told to come on in. Never ever does this happen here. Not sure if this is standard procedure but it was very much appreciated. I'll be returning Memorial Day weekend and am in the process of having everything lin... read more
