this clinic truly saved my life nearly 6 years ago. Things were not good for a while, and from what I understand, it was due to staffing issues. But they've always been fair to me, since I continue to be compliant with the rules. I can definitely see the difference in the the way things are running currently. My counselor, Whitney Cole, is probably the best counselor I've had since I started there, she's compassionate, and never judges me when I tell her what I'm going through. If there was a way to give a zero star rating, I would give this joke of a clinic negative stars. Expect for your entire morning to be stuck waiting in line to dose here, no matter what time you show up. They will find any excuse to put a hold on your dose, because they don't respect you as a person here. They never have more than 2 nurses working and then those are held up everytime someone is on their intake first day. The security gaurd is a geriatric idiot that wants to get punched in the face. One of the few lights in the darkness of Old Town. While our business is treatment for opiate use issues, we are open, accepting and affirming of our every part of our community.
This place saved my life. The lines can get long sometimes The majority of the staff is friendly and helpful.I do wish they were open later though. Getting there before they close gets stressful at times.
The teamwork and comradery is contagious. All staff are dedicated, caring professionals who will ensure comfort, encouragement, support, compassion and kindness. They are cool under pressure and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
