The staff is working there hardest and the nurses are doing their best. The problem is the area around the the clinic. My car was broken into twice, needles and trash and thrown all over the street. I was hit with a beer bottle from a fight between two homeless people suffering from mental health while waiting out front. Caring, professional staff who truly support recovery. The clinic is clean, well-run, and efficient. Counselors listen and help set realistic goals, and the nurses treat everyone with respect. A great place for anyone serious about getting stable and rebuilding their life.
this clinic truly saved my life nearly 6 years ago. Things were not good for a while, and from what I understand, it was due to staffing issues. But they've always been fair to me, since I continue to be compliant with the rules. I can definitely see the difference in the the way things are running currently. My counselor, Whitney Cole, is probably the best counselor I've had since I started there, she's compassionate, and never judges me when I tell her what I'm going through. 5 Stars!! This CTC is so unique, in that, they service such a wide population of pts- and offer services in a firm, yet compassionate manner. They are sensitive to pts needs and provides a No Harm approach with the treatment plan and to barriers they are faced with, daily.
