Excellent, high-quality service! Jérôme came to my aid after I lost my key. My car certainly didn't make things easy for him, but thanks to his professionalism and perseverance, he managed to find the key size code, even though Ford had refused to give it to me! Even worse, he had told me I needed to replace all the locks and the ignition switch. Nothing can stop him! He's a magician with exceptional attention to detail and great kindness.
