I had an appointment on September 04, 2024, with Dr. Isler for a root canal. He proceeded to do some X-Rays and a few tests on my molars and told me, without saying it, that it was a misleading diagnosis I was impressed for his quick assessment, and better yet, his integrity. My experience with Dr Isler and his staff occurred the moment I walked into the office. He and his staff held my hand through the entire process. I had planned for the appointment to last an hour or longer. Dr Isler worked his magic painlessly and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Someone from his staff called the following day to see how I was feeling. My awesome experience with Mid-Florida Endodontics set the bar for all future medical appointments. I am not comfortable with the idea of visiting a dentist office. Have to admit that Dr. Isler's professionalism and high standars turns the appointment into a positive moment.

I visited this location today and felt totally disrespected by Aaron. He talked to me as if I was a low class broke black female. He didn't even treat my son. This was the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. Hope his attitude gets better.
