Dr. Kutuza was extremely patient, kind, and compassionate throughout my entire visit. I was very nervous knowing I may have needed a root canal, but he made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way while checking my teeth. Dr. Kutuza and his team are remarkable. The reception area is clean and the check-in process is seamless. The exam rooms are neat and nicely decorated avoiding some of that "clinical" feel. Dr. Kutuza and his assistant explained how the root canal process works, why they do what they do, and ask if you have any questions throughout the appointment, The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and assist in alleviating appointment-anxiety. Excellent experience from beginning to end, as the staff & Dr. were friendly and kind, and explained the process in detail with visuals at a level I could understand. Answered all questions in simple terms. The organizational culture seemed to be focused on a vision of striving for excellence. Now I am recuperating & time will tell how effective the root canal services I received were.

I rarely post reviews but my experience atKOS Endodontics was great. The entire staff were not only professional but very friendly. Dr. Katuso did an excellent job on my two root canals explained the procedures what to expect and was virtually pain-free. I highly recommend this office if you need a root fill

The endodontist did a good job, it seems, but the office needs significant improvement. When a provider is out of network and a patient has just paid a $1,500+ bill, it's concerning to find out five days later that no one in the office has submitted the information to the insurance company even after it was provided in person and emailed to the office. When someone calls to follow up and is told, "I can't send insurance claims if I don't have the information," and that filing the claim is merely a courtesy, despite the inf... read more
