Judy is a wonderful dental technician. I can always count on her professionalism to provide an outstanding teeth cleaning. It's not a cold, aloof professinalism but a warm and welcoming one. I like her sense of humor too.

Dr. Bassford's staff is professional, kind and flexible especially when I have had to reschedule several appointments. Dr. Bassford and her staff have adjusted her schedule to make time for some longer appointments that I have needed. Dr. Bassford has taken a lot of time explaining my situation and a plan forward. She provides excellent care. I am so happy I found Dr. Bassford!
Dr. Bassford is exactly what I want in a dentist (or any other service provider): she seems to really enjoy her field, is highly knowledgeable, and transmits as very interested in doing her work in the way she thinks is right for her and the patient. My only tiny complaint is that her long history in the Armed Forces may mean she had patients tougher than me; the filling repair I got was intense.
The BEST doctor ever!! OMG. Dr. Bassford is awesome! I have been to dentist after dentist, everyone wants to immediately do surgery. Dr. Bassford has me on a plan and in a small-time frame I have seen a difference in my teeth, gums and no discomfort when I eat food. I have experience nothing but the BEST service from Dr. Bassford and staff. Thank you, Dr. Bassford!
