I love this dentistry office. First, the front office staff is amazing. They schedule appointments, do follow-ups, and provide reminders. I am so THANKFUL that they work with my insurance provider, Veterans Administration (VA), because the VA can be hard to deal with. I am THANKFUL for the cleanings, fillings, and crown work. Highly recommend
Terry and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bassford - again! We’ve been her patients for more than a decade. She is simply the best and we are lucky to have her. Her staff is also wonderful. We highly recommend her for all your dental needs.
A very aggressive, military trained, dentist. She decided I needed to have an old filling replaced and, surprise, surprise, the nerve awoke and the tooth required a canal and crown. She did a terrible job fitting the crown and I have suffered for a decade with issues because of it. If you enjoy aggressive dentists, she will serve you well—otherwise, I would think twice.
A couple of years ago, a dentist installed a splint at the back of my lower front teeth to stabilize them. This splint failed and Dr Bassford replaced that it about a year ago. Her skillful replacement lasted for about a year and while I was attending a family reunion the right corner of the splint detached from the canine it was bonded to. Best dentist visit I’ve had in a very long time. The whole staff was very professional. We have 5 kids and Dr. Bassford was excellent at telling us what is needed now, and what will be needed to plan for in the future. There was never an attempt to up-sell for services we didn’t need, meanwhile we knew she understood our concerns. She was also great with calming our 3-year old for her first dentist visit.
