I love this dentistry office. First, the front office staff is amazing. They schedule appointments, do follow-ups, and provide reminders. I am so THANKFUL that they work with my insurance provider, Veterans Administration (VA), because the VA can be hard to deal with. I am THANKFUL for the cleanings, fillings, and crown work. Highly recommend
A very aggressive, military trained, dentist. She decided I needed to have an old filling replaced and, surprise, surprise, the nerve awoke and the tooth required a canal and crown. She did a terrible job fitting the crown and I have suffered for a decade with issues because of it. If you enjoy aggressive dentists, she will serve you well—otherwise, I would think twice.
Terry and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bassford - again! We’ve been her patients for more than a decade. She is simply the best and we are lucky to have her. Her staff is also wonderful. We highly recommend her for all your dental needs.

A couple of years ago, a dentist installed a splint at the back of my lower front teeth to stabilize them. This splint failed and Dr Bassford replaced that it about a year ago. Her skillful replacement lasted for about a year and while I was attending a family reunion the right corner of the splint detached from the canine it was bonded to.
