A very aggressive, military trained, dentist. She decided I needed to have an old filling replaced and, surprise, surprise, the nerve awoke and the tooth required a canal and crown. She did a terrible job fitting the crown and I have suffered for a decade with issues because of it. If you enjoy aggressive dentists, she will serve you well—otherwise, I would think twice.

A couple of years ago, a dentist installed a splint at the back of my lower front teeth to stabilize them. This splint failed and Dr Bassford replaced that it about a year ago. Her skillful replacement lasted for about a year and while I was attending a family reunion the right corner of the splint detached from the canine it was bonded to. I contacted this office to inquire about an appointment for a sleep apnea consult. The person took my information and said that he would be in touch. I completed paperwork and waited and didn’t hear anything back for at least a week.. I called back and finally received a call back with an apology and being told that someone would get back to me. I didn’t hear back from anyone until nearly 3 months later for someone to follow up with next steps. I couldn’t believe how long it took.
