Dr McCall is an excellent orthodontist. I will travel any distance for his service. He is very knowledgeable and patient. His staff especially Ro is an excellent assistant and very knowledgeable in her duties. The office staff is very helpful and polite. I arrived 20 minutes late due to the traffic and distance because of that I had to twist longer than I expected. The work done on me was very thorough. I am grateful to know Dr McCall for his service, time and patience.
Melanie Figueroa - I could not find an Endodontist anywhere from Lakeland to Orlando until I found this office. Dr McCall was so understanding, gentle, and so helpful. I was in excruciating pain, and he did two root canals on me the same day I called. The office staff was so sincere, and they really helped me too. I highly recommend this office!
I will start by saying the literal service of a root canal I received was fine. But I cannot state enough how poorly Dr. Allen McCall handled the emotional aspect of my experience. I’m not one who needs to be coddled in any way, but the injection on the inside of my upper palate hurt a lot. I expected this and he prepped me for some pain, but the discomfort was strong and connected to deep emotions of a horrible root canal experience from 10 years ago. Overall, I would say the procedure went well and he did a good thorough job. I didn’t think he had very good bedside manner. He wasn’t very nice to his assistant, who was still learning. I felt so bad for her and even told her she was doing a great job at the end.
Dr. McCall was very professional and put my mind at ease during the procedure. He also is very thorough. The office staff were very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend Dr.McCall and this office to others.
