Dr. Ragonese is not only the best dentist, but also listened attentively to my past treatments and gave a thorough explanation of my problems. He is confident, empathetic, knowledgeable and detailed. He has done much work on my teeth. WOW! Very professional and puts you at ease while in his care.
I normally am uncomfortable around men. Not only was I immediately at ease with the Dr, but with his staff as will. They are efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The place is so professional and friendly.
The doctor was fine, he was nice and explained things, but the staff!! Not so nice. When I first called, they took my number said they would call back, two hours later, no one called back, so I called them back, the phone rang, and they picked up and hung up!! A few minutes later, they called back and said, "sorry, we are so busy today"> I almost didn't go there but had to for a bad, bad tooth, which the doctor was great!! but keep the staff, they were not friendly. The reception staff is EXTREMELY rude. EXTREMELY!!!
THIS OFFICE BILLED MY HUSBANDS TOOTH EXTRACTION UNDER THE WRONG NAME. THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS BILLED CORRECTLY AND THAT RESUBMISSIONS WITH THE CORRECT INFO WERE SENT TO MY INSURANCE. WRONG! THEY OWE ME A REFUND. THEY WILL NOT SEND ME MY REFUND UNTIL THIS CORRECTED, YET THEY REFUSE TO DO SO. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Staff terribly rude and not helpful. It has taken over 4 months to get a refund and they tried to get me to pay over 4 times what I shouldh have. would not recommend this office.
