From the initial consult through the extraction, I felt like a member of the family. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly, from the receptionists to the intake nurses to Dr. Colarusso to the recovery nurses and the billing staff. Deeply appreciated the call later that day to check on how I was doing! Thank Would highly recommend CMOS for any oral surgery!
Dr. Colaruso was very concerned with patient comfort. Makes an effort to put you at ease. Everyone was friendly throughout the whole process. Wait times were minimal and plenty of parking.
If you are in need of a top notch Oral Surgeon I highly recommend Dr. Calarusso and Central Mass Oral Surgery center. Their facility is state of the art. Their support staff from the from the front reception to the Practice Assistants, to the Doctors, to recovery, and billing are all professional, personable, & knowlegeable. Customer service and compassion are vusible at every stop.
Every interaction I had was positive and professional. Dr. Colarusso is a Hall of Famer. The office checked in on me post surgery - I’m very grateful
