Dr Heniff is responsive and kind and genuinely cares about her patients. Trust doesn't come easily for me due to some negative experiences I've had in the past (before Dr Heniff) but I absolutely trust her!
One of the best Dr's I have been to. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Short waiting time and timely appointments.
Her staff is completely rude, unprofessional. Every time I have called this office for assistance rather it be with a referral I needed to see a specialist (HMO insurance) or a call back, or even something as simple as scheduling an appointment, I've A L W A Y S been given a really really hard time. NEVER get a returned phone call even though someone from the office has told me on many occasions I'd receive a return phone call back. Only once did I receive a c/b and it was 5 minutes b4 closing!
