Wonderful Experience from the desk greeting when we came into the office the staff in the back,the billing ladies were exceptional I called with 100?'s and they were always pleasant and last but not least Dr. Perez was awesome as well. I would give this office 10 stars if I could.I highly recommend them I was referred by a co worker and a family member. Thanks again to everyone for everything. Your office is phenomenal.
I am writing this review because I still do not have answers. What was supposed to be a minor surgical procedure left me with life-altering injuries. Following surgery with Dr. Daniel Perez, I later learned that critical skull-base structures, including part of my pterygoid plate, had been removed and sent to pathology—despite the fact that this was never discussed, explained, or consented to. All staff was professional and friendly.
I am on day 3 of recovery from my removal of impacted wisdom teeth as well as my impacted canine removal. I was awake & alert for the entire surgery. Dr Perez & his team were very kind & talked me through making sure I was still okay to continue & feeling no pain. The surgery went well & quick. I would highly recommend Dr Perez for all your oral surgery needs!
