Today was my first visit with Dr. Balar, and he truly lived up to the five-star reviews I had read. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explained the results of my X-rays in a way that was easy to understand. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and thoughtful medical advice were extremely reassuring. I went to the location in Freehold for my first visit, not so easy to find but well worth the trip. The office staff at this location very personable. The time and attention received from Dr. Balar and his staff was top notch. The explanation of what I was experiencing, helped me to understand how I could help myself work back to health. Relaxing music, beautiful office, the staff is fantastic. When I was called into the exam room, Matt went over my history in detail and then asked me how I was feeling and why I was having back issues. When Dr Balar came in he did a thorough examination and came up with a plan. I was taken in at my appointment time, the visit was pleasant and finished in 30 minutes. Found my new Spine Doctor!!!
Dr Balar was a breath of fresh air. He listened and offered to assist. He gave me options. He was honest. He never rushed answering my questions and responded in terms I could understand. He acknowledged the pain I've been experiencing. I highly recommend Dr Balar.
