I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Gretchen Jungermann, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had with this procedure. Root canals usually have a bad reputation, but Dr. Jungermann made the entire process completely painless and comfortable. She and her staff were very polite and kind. Although I waited 15 mins after my appointment to be called to the treatment room , it was an hour past my appointment when I finally saw the doctor. Considering that I was aggravated from waiting, my experience was good. She explained what needed to be done and she was very kind. She listened and answered every question. I highly recommend her.
This was my first experience with this practice. I am from out of town and was looking for a practice that takes my insurance. The office staff was very accommodating as we looked at what my insurance would cover, got me in for an appointment the following day and provided excellent directions as to how to get to the office. (The office complex is tricky.) However, I found Dr. Jungermann abrupt, cold and dismissive. I would have appreciate a bit more explanation of my situation and the appearance that she cared.
Excellent facilities, staff was friendly and upbeat, Dr. Jungermann and Shanaya were outstanding. I had never had a root canal procedure before, and they walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. The process was quick, efficient and pain-free, took less than an hour, and recovery has been exactly as explained. Highly recommend this team!
One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility itself was clean. After letting Dr Jungerman know about my previous issues with a root canal, she made every effort to ensure I had a great experience with this one. I was appropriately numbed prior to starting the procedure and didn’t feel a single moment of pain. I never thought I’d want to recommend a dental facility until now. Will definitely go back for any additional procedures.
