I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Gretchen Jungermann, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had with this procedure. Absolutely would recommend this doctor! The staff is wonderful. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. From scheduling to arrival and check in was very easy. The doctor and her assistant were so great with explaining everything step by step; and always asking me if I have any questions. Throughout the procedure, they worked efficiently; and also continued checking in with me. Excellent facilities, staff was friendly and upbeat, Dr. Jungermann and Shanaya were outstanding. I had never had a root canal procedure before, and they walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. The process was quick, efficient and pain-free, took less than an hour, and recovery has been exactly as explained. Highly recommend this team!
Highly recommend Dr Jungermann. She and her assistant Onyx were a wonderful team. Professional, Friendly and Skilled. Kept me informed on what was going and I inquired as to how I was doing. The procedure went excellent and without pain. The front office staff were helpful and friendly.
