I met Dr. Moore because of an emergency surgery after my visit to the ER. My encounter and experience with Dr. Moore was great. She came to my hospital room to see me and to explain the details of the surgical procedure. She was very detailed, open, and honest. Dr. Moore mentioned that her approach to the procedure could change once she was able to see what was going on inside. After receiving a diagnosis of biliary dyskinesia during an emergency room visit while on vacation, I was given instructions to find a surgeon to perform a gallbladder removal once back home. Exceptional experience. Dr. Jacqueline Moore conducted an in-office surgical procedure on me. Both the initial visit & the actual procedure could not have improved. She was professional, friendly, polite and informative. She walked me thru the process at both appts and invited any questions. Wow. I am absolutely thankful to have found a doctor as gentle, kind, genuine, and thorough as Dr. Moore. She listened to my concerns and offered solutions. The staff is kind and helpful. I wish I can use Comprehensive Surgery Specialist for all my medical needs. Highly recommended 100/10.
