Exceptional experience. Dr. Jacqueline Moore conducted an in-office surgical procedure on me. Both the initial visit & the actual procedure could not have improved. She was professional, friendly, polite and informative. She walked me thru the process at both appts and invited any questions. I met Dr. Moore because of an emergency surgery after my visit to the ER. My encounter and experience with Dr. Moore was great. She came to my hospital room to see me and to explain the details of the surgical procedure. She was very detailed, open, and honest. Dr. Moore mentioned that her approach to the procedure could change once she was able to see what was going on inside. The staff at Dr. Moore’s office were friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr. Moore was very professional and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained the procedure in layman’s terms, which was appreciated. Dr. Moore is genuinely concerned about her patients. I would highly recommend her to others.
