Like all doctors offices in the Prescott area, Dr. Park's off has experienced a high turnover rate. They'll hire a new staff member, send them for training, and they'll never show up for work: now they're trained & can ask for more money! I've had several visits & procedures with Dr. Park directly, and he's one of my favorite doctors! He's very approachable, caring, and a good listener. His staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, & professional.

I had an SI joint fusion on 8.14.24. Performed by Dr Patk. I called to make an appointment because the pain in unbearable. I was informed by text that Dr Park is no longer at this clinic
Called office and was put on hold for over 25 minutes. Left message and no one ever returned our call. Dr. Park said he would do something concerning my partners health and no indication that this doctor did what he was going to do. NO return call from staff.
Even with an MRI report showing a herniated disc & have excruciating leg pain, I left with NOTHING for pain!
I presented to Dr. Parks office with emergency cervical spine pain. Dr. Park ordered and X-ray. After two weeks and still experiencing the same level of pain I received no interpretation of my X-ray or follow up care.
