He has a busy practice! He uses state of the art equipment and has a multi lingual staff. Furthermore, his place is immaculate. St first I was a skeptical because of how busy everyone was. But I quickly realized that Dr. Isaqi ( another wonderful dentist ) did not steer me wrong . He definitely knows what he is doing ! Once I relaxed I really came to appreciate his staff as well. They are hard working and very warm.

Dr. Akef is an excellent periodontist. I have been his patient since last year having deep cleaning and yesterday osseous surgery. My experiences with him and his staff is always outstanding from beginning to end of each appointment, always explaining procedure and post appointment directions clearly in easy to understand language. They are very knowledgeable, professional, patient, caring, and wonderful .I really appreciate all they have done for me ! And yes, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I had an abscess in my lower left rear molar. My dentist Caeser had to pull it. I asked another El Cajon Dentist how much for a bone graft and 1 implant. She said $ 3600 plus $ 800 for the bone graft. She was very good and stopped the infection, but Dr. Akef charged me only $2800 for the Implant and $ 400 for the bone graft. Half the price of the other local dentist. I appreciated that so much that I paid his standard $ 2800 for another molar on the other bottom side. Now I will never have to get Dentures. I love my implants... read more
