The front desk staff is very unprofessional. When you call the office they will pick up after several rings and ask can you hold. They never wait for your response. Just simply put you on hold. You will stay on hold at least 20 minutes or more waiting for someone to come back on the line.
We went over my insurance coverage and they were adamant that it was covered and I only had to pay a certain amount. 6 wks later a $500+ bill shows up and the "estimate" was wrong. They don't know their business and will stick you with a large bill when you went over things 3x over 2 wks.
