This was my first visit to the practice and I was very impressed. The exam and cleaning were thorough, everything was properly explained and my appointment was on time. I feel very confident with this practice.
This is the most sophisticated dental office I have ever seen. In their policies, procedures, training, interactions, and the astounding technical and aesthetic skill of the dentists, I have never experienced anything on this level. It is not just the state of the art equipment, it is the high standards for set for each person's interaction with a patient, and finally,the aesthetic and professional expertise of the dentists.
This was the most warm and welcoming dentist I've ever been to in my life. The staff was phenomenal. The doctor had an incredible bedside manor, where he was able to hear my concerns and point out aspects of my dental health that no other dentist has ever pointed out. I'm usually nervous at the dentist, but felt at ease here. I look forward to coming back.

Words escape me. I have been going to Dr. Chiarello since 2008. Prior to that time I had not gone to the dentist since 2001. I had a phobia of the dentist and a cavity that turned into a root canal to boot. But like a mother comforting her child on the first day of school so was he and his staff. Since that time, I go to him every 6 months and take proper care of my teeth. Dr. Shapiro is the only dentist I have ever trusted. He is brilliant at diagnosis, extremely detailed and thorough, and a master at dentistry. Irene is the great hygienist and is able to reverse any extreme situation. Linda, the root canal specialist is amazing, and extremely intuitive in questionable situations.
