I would like to share my experience at this dental clinic and with Dr. Jordan Pedigrew. From the very first consultation, Dr. Pedigrew clearly explained my treatment plan, showed the issues on X-rays, and walked me through the methods he would use. Just amazing! I do not have any words that could describe perfectly how I feel about this place. The customer service, the assistant, the doctor, they all work in sync to make sure all my needs where met. Whenever I do have an appointment, I go in with a smile because I that I will be listened to and my concerns will be taken seriously. I am glad I have found this place and I don’t think I would go anywhere else but to them. You guys are amazing! Keep up the good work!
This is the best dentistry office in Ottawa. Everyone is very professional, yet at the same time very caring. Dr Ambar takes the time to explain the process so you understand exactly what needs to be done and why. He makes me feel comfortable. Most importantly, everyone in the office always does good work
The hygienist, Dr. Cristine, is very gentle and kind. The dentist and assistant worked well as a team and made sure everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were approachable and helpful.
