Dr Hammond gave me peace of mind about the medications I am taking. She also helped me navigate a change of prescription. Her knowledge and professional demeanor gave me confidence.
Was absolutely horrible I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. I’ve never been talked to in such a disrespectful manner. I was belittled my appointments for psychiatric evaluation and help was set for 2 to 3 months from my initial assessment.
I only have good things to say about Life Stance. Also being able to do video visits. I have good and helpful experiences with all the therapists and professionals and will continue care through them.
My son went to see Dr Hammonds today at Lifesstance (I'm not really sure she's a doctor I'm sure she's not a medical doctor). She is supposed to be trained and helping individuals with emotional and psychological issues.. In my 74 years of life, I have never seen a doctor actually make a patient much worse. She actually threw my son out of her office after sitting down with him for 1 minute because she thought he was taking pain meds when he's already quit taking those. Horrible experience! Very cold and dismissive without any compassion in helping. As soon as I mentioned that I would continue receiving medicine through my pcp instead of her at $300+ a visit, her whole demeanor changed. I tried asking her what medicine she thinks I should continue with or not, since that was the whole purpose of the visit.
