I think Dr.Franco is amazing which is probably why I drive an hour each way to see her. She immediately knew how to manage my kids

While visiting her office, it was a total disaster. Her staff has no communication skills and doesn't like to interact with parents. I work at the hospital and can I am so dissatisfied with the service. I left without seeing the doctor. I emailed her as well and two weeks later no response.
