I saw Dr. Castillo for a visit with my son yesterday for the first time. She was kind, unrushed, and thorough. We had a long drive to the office, but it was worth it. Later that night she called to personally ensure I had a video visit scheduled to review labs that she ordered. A+
Extremely friendly front desk staff. Also friendly nurse when called back for my appointment. They were extremely thorough and quick with the appointment and answered all my questions.
Everyone in the office very nice to me and my boys and explained everything in depth. Making us all very comfortable and welcomed.
Dr. Castillo is amazing! She is kind, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly.
