Dr. Goldberg provided excellent care for my recent root canal. Beyond his medical expertise, Dr. Goldberg demonstrated a calming nature reducing anxiety through both humor and his ability to communicate about the procedure in simple terms. He was also immediately available to address a question about post-op recovery. Highly recommend.
This was one of the best dental experiences I have had. From making the appointment and working with me to find a time that fit my schedule, to explaining about the forms that needed filled out, to charges and what each charge was for, Jay talking to me at the beginning, Dr Goldberg explaining exactly what would happen, the entire team was pleasant and knowledgable. This visit was my first time. Upon entering the office I was received by all ( Staff and Doctor) very favorably. Introductions and overall personas were welcoming and warm. Questions asked were answered efficiently knowledgeably, and professionally. The office appearance is very clean and warm. Rating my initial visit from 1-10, 10 being the highest in very impressed with staff and Doctor and appearance of the office…. a 10+ for my first visit.
Very friendly office…from the girls at the front desk, his assistant, and the doctor himself. Made my visit as comfortable as possible, even tho I wish the outcome for my tooth was better. But he gave the bad news to me with compassion, explained everything, & answered my questions. Would highly recommend.
