⭐ Unacceptable and Costly Experience I had an extremely frustrating experience with Austin Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, specifically Dr. Matthew T. Popp. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to find that Dr. Popp was completely unprepared and had not reviewed my file. A large portion of my appointment time was spent listening to apologies and explanations about not having time to review my records, which is unacceptable for a paid, scheduled medical visit.
