We’ve been with Dr. Bower for over a decade. By far one of the most dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable Doctor we’ve had. Amazing person that educates, cares, and helps her patients. You are not alone number. You are a human being treated with compassion and kindness. We are lucky to have her as our Doctor.
Dr. Bauer and her staff are both knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes her time with my sister and niece, making sure to answer all of our questions. She explains every test result in great detail. We never feel rushed and we always look forward to our next visit.
The doctor here is truly outstanding — knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. However, the office management and communication are extremely disappointing. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and messages often go unanswered. The staff always seem short-handed, which makes scheduling or getting follow-up information very frustrating. Usually I don’t leave any reviews on the internet but I had never seen such an amazing doctor who took her time to go through every detail of my son’s health. She was kind, warming and showed so much knowledge! I’m very happy now she is my baby doctor!
