I have no complaints the staff treated me professionally and politely. Dr. Shah is such a great dr he listens to you he let's you ask questions he doesn't just run in and out of the room.I went to him after I already had a failed spinal surgery. My case was a worker's comp case and it took over 17 yrs for them to send me to Dr. Shah. They were just difficult people to deal with, but Dr. Shah's office people handled them with grace. Attentive staff, Dr was super friendly, really appeared to listen and I felt he wanted to really help me with my issues. The Nurse practitioner was also really nice. Positive vibes all around. I would definitely recommend going to this specific practice.
I’ve seen Dr. Shah several times, and each visit has been thorough and professional. He takes the time to explain his findings in detail and makes sure I understand my options. His evaluations have been clear, accurate, and very helpful in managing my ongoing condition. I appreciate the care and attention he gives during every appointment and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a skilled, compassionate physician.
Dr Shah was one of the only Doctors to listen to me. My films didn’t show how badly I was actually injured and after surgery he told me that if I didn’t have that surgery I would’ve ended up paralyzed. Thank you so much for helping my family get their son, brother, husband, father and friend back. It’ll be a long road back but Dr Shah has given me a second chance.
