My brother was admitted into HCPC on a court order w/ a schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar, depression diagnosis. He was seen by Dr. Pinjari whom "believed what the patient had to say & released after 5 days". How can a psychiatrist take the word of a SCHIZOPHRENIC over what was stated in a COURT ORDER by a professional & family member?!
