My GP sent me to Dr. Bassett for a routine procedure. Though I’m assuming my surgery was successful as I haven’t died, I would have appreciated better service from his staff. Not only did they not submit my prescriptions to help alleviate my short term symptoms but they did not submit paperwork so I could be paid by my employer while I was out. The last thing you want to do after surgery is stand in line at Walgreens for an hour only to be told they never received your prescription request from your doctors office. It also w... read more
