Other than having to wait e weeks for an appointment the staff was courteous and professional! Dr. Ilbeigi was up front straightforward answered my surgical questions and made me feel like I'm in fantastic hands. Feel very comfortable with Dr Ilbeigi performing my kidney surgery
Ilbeigi regarded my complaints as trivial when I informed him that medication prescribed by a visiting physician for a Urinary tract infection made me ill. I initially reported when I got a call presumably by a nurse/clerical wanting to know how I was feeling. I twice returned thee call. No response. I a subsequent phone interview (for which I paid) he refused to make a referral for me to another urologist. Dr. Ilbeigi told me that he would be doing my surgery at Eisenhower Hospital and that my wife could get a room at the hotel attached to the hospital so that she wouldn't be very far from me. He LIED and did Not do my surgery. The doctor that did do my surgery never came to see me before or after the surgery. My wife was Not able to get a room at the hotel and wound up sleeping in a chair in my room. Dr iLBiagi is a great urologist, HOWEVER, - and that's a big 'however - ', He seem to put is own financial interests ahead of those of his patients. I've been a patient of his for several years after he bought the practice of my last urologist, lock, stock and barrel. He's done two quite expensive out-patent surgery's on "my guy" - none of which solved the problem that I was dealing with. He killed my father. My father was in no condition to undergo surgery and Dr. Ilbeigi had no concern for it. When I called the office to express my concerns and ask questions, I could only ever talk to a medical assistant who said Dr I didn’t finish chart notes for TWO DAYS! Pretty sure this is not standard if care. Then the medical assistant said we had “nothing to worry about” , when I asked to talk to the doctor I was told he was too busy but the surgery was standard care and my dad would “be fine.” There was no concern f... read more
He abuses women staff members, doesn’t follow CDC guidelines , and is arrogant, if you get cancer , he will be even worse as have many of his patients have stated.
