I had a consultation a few days ago with Dr. Ayer and was very pleased to have chosen him. He was very professional yet very thorough with his exmination and recommendations. He took the time to clearly explain his radiographic findings with me and gave me options as to what my potential treatment course was/could be. The Admin team is very welcoming and the clinical team very cordial and knowledgeable: I felt very comfortable with everyone in the office. I would definitely recommend Dr Ayer and his clinical team without... read more

I was referred to Dr Ayers by my pain management clinic. I had received epidurals, a vertebrae spacer and a spinal stimulator trying to avoid back surgery. I was using a walker, or cane to walk only short distances, riding in carts when I did get to get out and buy groceries. While sitting in the waiting room a patient who had only had surgery 2 weeks prior told me I was going to love him. He was very mild and seemingly qui... read more

From my consultation Dr Ayer didn't make me feel like oh I've got to get to my next patient. He sat and answered all of my questions. He showed me on my MRI where the damage was and why and how he would repair it. Completely thorough and patient. After my surgery when I woke up in my room the first thing I realized was the numbness and tingling in my leg was gone. I would strongly recommend Dr Ayer to anyone needing spinal surgery. He has given me my life back and I can never repay him for what he has done for me. I am no... read more

Excellent surgeon. Dr. Ayer did a lumbar foramenotomy for me and I have not had any leg pain since then. Another surgeon had wanted to do a highly invasive spinal surgery to relieve my leg pain. I’m very happy that I consulted Dr.Ayer and have every confidence in his opinion and surgical skills. He will be performing my cervical spine surgery also. I am very comfortable with Dr. Ayer as my surgeon.
