Having had a previous bad experience with my former dentist, I decided to try Dr. Katiya office. Despite it being my first visit, from start to finish, it was a very professional and friendly experience. Jessica, my dental hygienist, was so gentle and knowledgeable she put me at ease immediately (which isn’t easy to do in my case, I have a big fear of dentists). I was referred to Dr Katina by my family doctor. Initially the earliest date she was available was in 3 weeks but they contacted me the next day with an availability the following day. I was very impressed with her thorough examination and assessment. I was given a comprehensive explanation of my situation and a range of actions I could take with an estimate of suggested treatments. I highly recommend her.
My first time today in this clinic and all I can say is .... What a wonderful experience, everyone was so welcoming and super nice. They actually listen to what you have to say and actually take you seriously. I always have so much anxiety when I go to dental clinics, but for once in my life they made me feel at ease and understood. I recommend 10 times over, and I will be going back 100%
I recently visited Dr Katiya and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and professionalism I received from the team. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Katiya was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain every step of the treatment, and she also specializes in sleep apnea. I highly recommend her!
First appointment and experience. All very positive. Very professional and the expertise level for my requirements met and exceeded my expectations. Nice cosy and relaxed environment. Not your typical cynical cold dentist office experience. Staff are excellent. Highly recommend Dr Katiya and staff.
