Each person with whom I interacted carried out their duties in a friendly and professional manner. Surgery was quick and painless as was the recovery. The call from Dr Sweeney at home the night of the surgery was much appreciated.

Dr. Sweeney was wonderful. The best dentist I have ever been to. His bedside manner was exceptional and he was very gentle during the procedure. All the staff at Northwestern Oral and Implant Services were very friendly and professional. Thank you!
The appointment started promptly and kept moving right along. Everyone was very informative and answered all of the questions that I had.
I had the best experience, Dr. Sweeney was so open and honest and made everything so smooth. I was nervous at first but once things got started I was perfectly calm and everything went perfectly and my recovery was easy. I would go to him if I had any other issues. He also had the best team everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend them for any oral surgery.
Very professional and organized
Everyone in this office is professional and friendly. The staff was ready at the appointed time and despite some difficulty in extracting my tooth, the implant procedure took less than an hour. It was as painless as could be, recovery was swift and I didn't need the strong pain meds prescribed - only took Tylenol once. Dr. Sweeney even called me the evening following the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. I give this office an A+!
All seemed to go very well. A lot less pain afterward than what I expected. It was good to speak with Dr. Welch the same evening of the surgery. I'm looking forward to further contact with him.
