I ordered our bed more than 8 weeks ago. After reaching out several time with confusing eats, I received an email saying it could be up to 4 more months. The only explanation offered is covid delays. Well do something to make this unreasonable delay worth the wait. Be prepared to wait 6 months or more. Months later I'm search again for a replacement so I can cancel the order completely

At DHI, we have customer driven policies in place like no other company we know of.
