My wife and I had selected Dreamscapes to design and build our pool for our home. I just had a pool built by Dreamscapes. We got the works on the pool, spa, and pavers screen enclosure. We heard many horror stories about building a pool and were very nervous going in. We have had friends using other reputable pool companies taking one year plus to get to the finish line. They assured us that they would always make things right, and they did. Invested 150k in a pool project with this company and extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, accountability, and final punchout items requiring attention. The owner(s) have failed to complete the pool system start-up, and replace damaged pavers as requested. Full discloser, 1k of final payment was withheld (regret not withholding more) until completion of project. I have incurred over 2k in additional expenses from careless/negligent work that required other contractors to fix/replace damages to my property. ... read more

We hired Dreamscapes through our builder. We had our pool and pavers job done by them. After 1.5 years, we noticed multiple area around the pool has sunk due to poor install. I'm talking about almost the whole area around the pool has sunk. The bottom of the pool is very rough and we all got hurt by it. We called the company and they said we are out of 1 year warranty. Please do not use this company. UPDATE: We are grateful for his intervention and would not discourage anyone from using his company.
