Would give a negative if I could. The fire department stated that none of the safety equipment was working properly and they stated that it was up to the renter to get fire extinguishers. The building is not safe for the public without these things. The realtor did not know the outline of the property and told us that a part of the adjacent property was ours to use. I wish I could leave a negative star review for this company. They have bought up a half dozen single family farms within a 1 mi radius on the west side of Columbus/near Grove City, demolished them and put in hideous three story apartment complexes. Several of these homes were roughly one hundred years old and had a lot of old growth trees. One instance in particular, the elderly gentleman was told they would be keeping his old trees and after the deal was done they promptly demolished all of them. If you want to lease an office, you should read their contract well. I didn't. Basically, you will be liable to fix anything that goes wrong with your space. I have never dealt with a landlord that says - you pay for the toilet fixing or anything else that goes wrong with your space. I think if you break the toilet with hazardous use, sure you should be liable, but if the toilet is old and falls apart while you are leasing the premises because they sure didn't install new toilets, the landlord should replace it at no cost to... read more
