They installed a new HVAC system for mom's house and im truly satisfied with their work and the price wasn't outrageous and offered a 10 year labor warrant for a little bit extra but you can't put a price on the peace of mind in my opinion anyway. Strongly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. 10 out of 10 in our minds for the whole experience. Start to finish it was fast and easy.
Definitely they are Pros at what they do, no matter what time or day I am in need for my furnace, they are always on time to respond. My furnace was just not giving out enough heat, I text them on Sunday, and again Monday morning, by Monday at 1 pm, Adam & Nick were at my house, they took care of the problem, we are now nice and warm for the rest of the freeze😮💨 They replaced my 2 AC furnaces several years ago and have been there every time. Furnace stopped working. Called A/C Pros and got appt right away. The office help are very nice and efficient. Technician Adam came out and fixed it! We are on a "Service Plan" and it really pays when you need them. We have been using A/C Pros for 6 years and highly recommend their company and technicians. Thank you for turning our heat back on during thiese unusual freezing Temps !
Since I posted the review below, the owner called me and asked if he could do a proper call with his 12 point inspection and refund the money I spent on the first visit. I agreed, and they are coming out next Tuesday with check and inspection of my AC. He said he would change out the float switch. With AC Pros going the extra mile, I would recommend them. Makayla is a pleasure to talk to and is efficient when scheduling. Billie gave me the estimate to replace my 20 yr old unit. He went over everything that would be replaced and gave me a very fair estimate. Dalton was the person who installed my unit and made sure I understood what was being done. I have had Dalton and Adam come to clean and check my a/c unit and they are prompt, polite, and make sure I am aware of what work is being done. I am very happy with my dealings with A/C Pros of Florida.
