The best part was getting my car back all clean on the inside. That was worth the deductible alone. The body repair is great , paint job is flawless.
Brought my truck in for hail repair. Supplied them with the full report from the insurance company, and they did their own evaluation. When I first received the truck back, they had neglected to replace the windshield, which was clearly noted on the insurance Claim form. Also two other damage areas on the rear of the cab were not repaired. I have always used Drury and have not been disappointed at all. The quality of work they provide with the peace of mind and warranty behind it makes them an exceptional body shop to use.
The management participated in the falsification of estimates coordinated through State Farm. The State Farm Certified shop in conjunction with State Farm revised a vehicle estimate 4 times and never started repairs. The estimates went up until they achieved a Total Loss value as part of a cover up of falsified documents.
