The communication was mostly with my son (his car, I just happened to be the driver when the accident happened). He really appreciated their communication with him as the work progressed, and like their slogan says, they made it "look like new" (I think that was the slogan outside their shop).
Adrian was the gentleman who who helped me all through motive getting my vehicle repaired. He did an awesome job of keeping me up to date on every step of the process. I highly recommend Driry-Moss
Absolutely the worst shop in town, I thought I was going to a premier shop..they failed in every single way, I would not recommend...I highly regret doing business with these people...beware they are some nasty folks ..all the things they failed at would take too many paragraphs to write.. worst PDR worst customer service..Everything a quality bodyshop does right , they failed ...the vibe is so slimy in there you will to immediately need a shower after dealing with them
