I've used Drury-Moss for quite a few of my vehicles. Each time has been great. This last time, was different. Vehicle had some work done on the rear, driver side door from an accident. Also involved were two aftermarket rims. After dealing with insurance from the person that hit me, they informed me that they would replace all four rims with a new set. I had taken my vehicle to Drury to be repaired after a fender bender. The customer service and communication was professional. They have fantastic team and deliver well on their quotes and projected time for repairs. I have had used other body shops in the past due to insurance restrictions and none of them hold a candle to Drury's service.
They are providing these services under some stressful and unhappy situations. Somebody's vehicle has been wrecked. In my case it was totaled. They communicated very well and were very friendly. The got the estimate very quickly so we could go on to the next step. Since it was totaled, they didn't do any repair, but the estimate was free. I would highly recommend them.
Brought my truck in for hail repair. Supplied them with the full report from the insurance company, and they did their own evaluation. When I first received the truck back, they had neglected to replace the windshield, which was clearly noted on the insurance Claim form. Also two other damage areas on the rear of the cab were not repaired.
