I recently took my new (5,000 mi), 2026 Hyundai Palisade to Drury - Moss on Commerce St. Their work was excellent, as my vehicle was repaired to like new condition. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company and kept me posted on a weekly basis. Updated me quickly when a parts delay happened. I have to give a shout out to Tammy. She is one of the most pleasant and customer focused persons with whom I have worked. The entire Drury-Moss team is outstanding. A Five Star body shop.

I am very happy and satisfied with the work done on my truck, I was kept updated on the process via text on a regular basis. They even repaired some minor paint damage that was not caused by hail. When I went to pick up my truck it was washed and detailed from the inside. I had a very pleasant and satisfied experience with Moss Drury on the Commerce location everyone I spoke with were very friendly and professional. I want to commend them for doing a great job fixing the front quarter on my Mazda! It's perfect! The paint job is so nice and I was so surprised that they detailed my car afterwards. It almost looks like new and it's 11 years old! They delivered as promised ( even a bit early) and even drove it to my house. They went the extra mile through the whole process. I highly recommend them.

I've used Drury-Moss for quite a few of my vehicles. Each time has been great. This last time, was different. Vehicle had some work done on the rear, driver side door from an accident. Also involved were two aftermarket rims. After dealing with insurance from the person that hit me, they informed me that they would replace all four rims with a new set. After about a month or so, my car was ready for pick up. Picked up the car on a Friday afternoon (4pm), drove about two hours that evening, then my low pressure light came on.... read more

Well … these folks advertise painless dent repair but in reality the woman who does the estimates does not have a clue. She wrote up a quote totaling $1,800.00 to fix a minor dent that I have. I asked her why it would cost so much to fix a door ding when the dent was so minor. She told me to go to another business that does that sort of thing. Of course I did and they fixed the ding for $75.00 dollars … that’s 75 bucks. Seems they make their money with expensive insurance repairs. Since the quote was way over the top I ... read more
