Dry Basement Plus can’t get enough stars from me and my family! They busted their bitts to get a big job done and stuck with it. Worked with my schedule and my family timing. The whole project and the clean up went very smooth and I will be using them to finish the basement in the future! Dakota and Josh were great foremen and the whole team of guys professional in every aspect.
John did an excellent job of explaining every detail of the work that was needed to be done. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and professional along with having a great personality. Basements Plus did an excellent job on my basement. The salesman explained everything thoroughly, they pulled all the permits in a timely fashion, and the crew worked HARD over the three days they were here. They were friendly and fun, and even loved on my ankle-biter yorkie. I’m excited to finally get to use my basement without worry of my things getting ruined for a wet basement! Dry Basements Plus explained their approach and equipment thoroughly, and worked with us to optimize our preparation for work days. Their project manager was responsive and the crew very courteous of our living space. We feel relieved to have comprehensive protection against Michigan storms!
My basement waterproofing is done. AJ and his crew were on time, polite, efficient, got the job finished in 2 days as promised. AJ and I walked through the project. Everything looked finished and clean. A Job well done, thanks guys, you deserve 6 stars! I would recommend Basements Plus.
