Austin did sump pump maintenance and did a tremendous job. Super detailed with his work, extra clean, great communication and went the extra mile to make sure everything was neat and tidy. He actually made everything look 10x better than the original folks did when they installed it. I had 2 free estimates with basement plus for water proofing the basement and remodeling the basement also. Both Kyle and Ramson were very helpful and nice in the process.
We had a couple of vendors out to quote our basement project. The best experience in the quoting process was far and away with Basement Plus. They were reasonably priced, use top tier materials, and it was not a high pressure sales situation. This experience caused us to choose them over the others. Theyve been very responsive with everything and have so far kept us in the loop every step of the way. We opted for both finishing and waterproofing, and I have no doubts that we will be happy with both.
Josh did a great job explaining all the components my crawlspace needed and was very responsive. Dakota, AJ, and Malcolm did an excellent job installing my crawlspace drainage and sump pump. The crew was very kind, had a great attitude, were very professional, and left their work area cleaner than they found it.
