Basement plus was great! Great communication from start to finish with no surprises. When Dakota and his team showed up they did great, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we were happy with the work. Great experience and would highly recommend!
Dry Basement Plus can’t get enough stars from me and my family! They busted their bitts to get a big job done and stuck with it. Worked with my schedule and my family timing. The whole project and the clean up went very smooth and I will be using them to finish the basement in the future! Dakota and Josh were great foremen and the whole team of guys professional in every aspect.
John did an excellent job of explaining every detail of the work that was needed to be done. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and professional along with having a great personality. I had the pleasure of having Basements Plus clean and ecapsulate my large crawl space. It had been neglected and flooded for many years before I bought the house and it was a massive job. The company gave me a quote within a few days. They were booked for two months but managed to get me in sooner due to a cancelation. The crawl space looks and smells like new. Basements Plus did an excellent job on my basement. The salesman explained everything thoroughly, they pulled all the permits in a timely fashion, and the crew worked HARD over the three days they were here. They were friendly and fun, and even loved on my ankle-biter yorkie. I’m excited to finally get to use my basement without worry of my things getting ruined for a wet basement!
