Austin came out and done some routine maintenance. He was very professional. Called ahead of time and text to let us know his ETA which was really helpful. He kept you informed of everything he was doing and was going to do. Left us a card with information so we could contact him if we had any further questions. Thanks for a job well done

This company was easy to communicate with, prompt and efficient! Austin was our service tech onsite - he was great and very honest with us on how we should proceed with some of our sump pump repairs. We would use Dry Basements Plus again at the office should any needs arise!
