Austin is always timely and very knowledgeable. He has been helpful in making sure our basement stays dry year after year.
We had our basement finished by Basements Plus, and Austin has been coming out every year to maintain our sump pump. He is always incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working perfectly and that we feel confident and taken care of. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that level of service makes a huge difference. Family owned business very professional never pressured us to commit but reached out to make sure if we had questions they could answer for us. In contact with us after we committed and then we had many interruptions to get to the start date which was no fault of Basement Plus we had family issues we needed to address so it got put down on our priority list. When we finally connected it was a seamless completion we are very happy and would recommend them for any basement work you need.
