My husband and I are having a house built, so we're here for only about 9 months. We looked at SEVERAL places. We wanted someplace clean and safe, with a washer and dryer. Of course we wanted something affordable ... and specifically in Redmond. As luck would have it this place is super close to our home site, and there is a clubhouse with a gym - my husband uses the treadmill and the sauna ALL THE TIME.
