The staff here at Dry Creek Surgery Center was wonderful during my surgery. Exceptional kindness. The staff was compassionate and non-judgmental. If I ever need another operation (here’s to hoping I do not), I would feel safe here to have it done.
I am so pleased with our experience at Dry Creek Surgery Center! Anytime someone is dealing with surgery, it can be a very stressful and emotional time for everyone involved. But the level of care and kindness we experienced from the staff has been incredible! At the desk we were greeted and kept informed by an amazingly kind and knowledgeable woman named Violet. She made our experience so wonderful! Thank you Violet, for helping to make us feel comfortable and supported during a stressful time.
I just had surgery at Dry Creek Surgery Center, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. They turned what could have been a stressful event into a surprisingly enjoyable one. A special shoutout to Jenny, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Her upbeat personality and extra attention truly made a difference. I highly recommend Dry Creek Surgery Center for anyone in need of their services.
Not my first surgery, so I've had some experience with different hospitals and facilities... And hands-down have to say the Dry Creek Surgery Center and employees are top-notch. I have no idea what is going on here but they seem to be running some kind of insurance scam and I would highly suggest anyone that uses this facility call your insurance and confirm if you were over charged. My son’s surgery was 03/26 I called my insurance to talk about deductible etc. United Health notified me I overpaid for the surgery by $1300 and the surgery center had been notified to issue a refund. They said to give them 30 days to process. I did and then called when I had not received any word of refund or anything ... read more
