Great work, by honest people. He gave me multiple options and suggestions, didn't try to talk me into anything that I didn't REALLY need. I just bought an older house that had a an old (non working for years) sump underneath with nothing but dirt floors below. During rainy days and humid summers, I had moisture issues inside because of it.
