The communication from both the sales rep and builder were subpar. When we signed we were told we’d get a weekly update and never once got one without having to ask. The sales rep also only sent it to one of us, not both. When we would ask the builder questions we’d get one answer, when asking the same question to sales rep, we’d get a different answer.
