Words cannot describe how excited I was when I purchased my first home. Being able to get a brand new house that no one has ever lived in before was such an honor to be able to get my first home with DSLD. We had a great experience. Our mortgage specialist walked us through the process, let know what was needed to process our loan and worked to get us the best rate. She was in constant contact with us to keep us informed on where we were and made our closing easy. I would recommend them highly.
